am i a thief for stealing back what was mine all along? you were the one to steal it in the first place. i took my heart back. thanks for stepping on it, crushing it, burning it. but now, it's nothing more than something a little chocolate and pleasant music can't fix. i can patch the wounds right back up with some imaginary gauze, and make believe heart peroxide to clean out the bacteria you infected me with. your feelings for another beautiful girl doesn't stab my heart anymore like it used too. i like that feeling. i feel light, bouncy, airy; being able to withstand your thoughts about another female. i don't care anymore. i can be happy for you. i'm able to think other men are attractive, without thinking about you. i really enjoyed spending halloween with some strangers. one of which was my type. tall, dark-haired, skinny. i didn't think of you. not once.
